Egypt 2000

A musical collective that plays original arrangements of classic Oum Kalthoum music. "The Star of the East", Kalthoum was a major voice throughout the muslim world in the 1930s-1970s.  Bigger than Elvis.

Egypt 2000 is : Joel Noyes (cello), Clifton Hyde (guitars & mandolin), Kevin Garcia (percussion), Stefan Zeniuk (alto saxophone, contra-bass clarinet, other horns).
